GROUND
Construction services, from the ground up
Commercial new builds, fit-outs, renovations, extensions, conversions, groundworks and maintenance — delivered across Ealing, West and Greater London.
Commercial New Builds
Ground-up construction of commercial premises, from small office blocks and retail units to light industrial and storage buildings. We take the job from cleared site to weathertight shell and a finished, usable building, coordinating the trades in between so the client has one contractor to deal with rather than several.
Working from the architect's or engineer's drawings, we plan the build sequence, manage materials and keep the site organised and safe. Progress is reported in plain terms, so you always know what stage the building is at and what comes next.
Commercial Fit-Out & Refurbishment
Turning an empty shell or a tired space into a working premises. We handle strip-out, partitioning, ceilings, flooring, decoration and the coordination of electrical and mechanical trades for offices, shops, cafés and other commercial interiors.
Where a business needs to keep trading, we plan the work around opening hours and phase it to keep disruption to a minimum. The aim is a space that is ready to hand over on the agreed date, finished to the agreed specification.
Renovations & Extensions
Full and part renovations of houses and flats, alongside single-storey, double-storey and side-return extensions. Whether the property needs more space, a better layout or a complete overhaul, we manage the structural and finishing work from start to end.
Homeowners get a clear scope of work before anything starts and a single point of contact throughout. We work with your architect and building control where required, and keep the site tidy because we know people are living around the work.
Loft & Garage Conversions
Making better use of space that is already there. We convert lofts into bedrooms, offices and en-suites, including dormer and hip-to-gable conversions, and turn garages into habitable rooms such as home offices, playrooms or annexes.
Conversions involve structural work, insulation, staircases and fire safety, so we plan each stage carefully and build to meet Building Regulations. The result is a finished room that feels like part of the house, not an afterthought.
Groundworks & Foundations
Every building depends on what goes in below ground. We carry out site clearance, excavation, foundations, concrete slabs, drainage runs and the preparation needed before any structure goes up, for both commercial and residential projects.
Groundworks set the pace and quality of the rest of a build, so we treat them with the same care as the visible work. Levels, setting-out and drainage are checked as we go to avoid costly problems further up the job.
Building Maintenance & Repairs
Planned and reactive building work for commercial landlords, businesses and homeowners. From structural repairs, brickwork and roofing to plastering, damp-related works and general upkeep, we keep buildings safe, sound and presentable.
Small jobs are handled with the same attention as larger contracts. For commercial clients with ongoing needs, we can agree a regular maintenance arrangement so issues are dealt with before they become expensive.
A straightforward route from first call to handover
Every project, commercial or residential, follows the same clear stages, so you know what is happening and what comes next.
