Initial conversation
We discuss what you want to build or change, the site, budget expectations and timescale, and agree whether a site visit is needed.
Level 1
Site visit & scope
We look at the site or property, review any drawings and set out a written scope of work so everyone is clear on what is included.
Level 2
Quote & programme
You receive an itemised quote and an outline programme. Once agreed, we plan materials, trades and start dates.
Level 3
Build & handover
Work is carried out to the agreed scope with regular updates, finishing with a walk-round, snagging and handover.
